Has anyone made an Excel spreadsheet available with the Bible milestones for the whole Bible? I've seen mention of using such a spreadsheet to simplify making Bible PBs, but I can't find such a file on the site.

thanks.

I've made one in the past. I'm up for the challenge again. I'll try to do it again and post it here.

The following excel sheet was generated by the text from http://printkjv.ifbweb.com/#downloads

I kept the worksheets that I used to generate the Milestone sheet in case someone wants to backtrack and use the information for other purposes. the only thing I had to delete was the kjv text to get the file size down. If you find any errors please let me know.

Thanks so much for this.

I would love it if the PB section of the Wiki had more of these "template" type files and more detailed instructions about automating getting the milestones and content into Bible,  Bible commentary, Bile notes DOCX files. The Wiki is great, as are the forums; don't get me wrong; although I find forum searches to be hit or miss. But it would be really nice if the Wiki section included some more of these "builder" files (XLSX and DOCX) and tutorials or instructions about using them and populating them with content. If it's there and I've missed it, I apologize.

I know it has been a while since posted, but I have been using this wonderful tool to create a personal commentary. I got to the book of Psalms and noticed that it only has 1 chapter. That is to say the chapter number never increments and it is 1 for the entire book. I couldn't figure out an easy way to fix this myself.

On "Reference Info" worksheet, paste this in the function bit of cell C13948

=IF(AND(B13948=19,D13948=1),C13947+1,C13947)

, and copy it down until end of psalm 150

Basically it says "if a psalm" AND "verse = 1" THEN  add 1 to prevuous chapter number, otherwise dont

should fix it for you
