If they pull this thread, will the whole Forum unravel?

That's entirely likely.  This thread was created to keep our inanity contained.  If you pull this thread, it will spill out all over the rest of the forum again.

Hmm Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

Theologically speaking, is redemption possible for such errant threads as this one?

I keep thinking I've broken free of my need to keep coming back here and goofing off, but then someone snags me with an invitation to quote one of my favorite silly movies, and I'm off and running again.

You mean like "Come see the violence inherent in the system! Help! Help! I'm being repressed!"?

I don't think I can do that, Dave.

Yup, that's another one of my favorites, but I was referring to my previous post "stop calling me Shirley" which was a reference to Airplane! I hoped some people would recognize the allusion. I was trying to find a video clip of that scene on YouTube to link to but it doesn't seem to be up there. Guess I'll have to wait for AnyClip.com to add it, and to ship. It's another cool product (in beta) that I've been playing with lately. Nowhere near as useful as Logos, but still fun.

Ah... but did she have a reverse interlinear for Pop Goes the Weasel?

She did, until some Caveman destroyed it! Big Smile

I can't believe that I'm amused that this thread is still going. We should rename it to: Pad your post count.

It keeps the children from playing in the street Geeked Besides, most of those posting here also give valuable advice elsewhere.

It's not so much the 'Pad your post count' as the cyberspace equivalent of the 'Padded Room'.
