I was working with word lists today, and again missed a feature which would be really useful, and I'm sure very easy to implement. All that I'm suggesting is that you add an option to word list menu to for search. When you clicked it you would have two options: Search for these lemmas, or Search for these words.
Clicking the former would open a morph search, with lemma:word1 OR lemma:word2 OR lemma:word3 prepopulated, ready for you to choose your resource and morphology. Clicking the latter would do something similar, although obviously without the lemma prefix.
That's all — but it would be really useful. The only way to achieve that at the moment involves exporting to excel, creating a special formula and doing some clever copy and pasting.
Some real world uses:
- Searching for hapax legomena
- Searching for verses/later writings that might be influenced by the vocabulary of particular passages
