But I too have a problem with poor scrolling. I'm running Logos 5 on Win7. I'm scrolling with a touchpad on a Dell Vostro laptop. As I show in the video, scrolling in other programs works well.

That's pretty slow! Could you clarify two things for us:
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!
I have 2 visual filters turned on: Speaker Labels and Sympathetic Highlighting. Upon your hint, I turned those off and tested scrolling again. No change.
Clicking on the up or down arrows in the scrollbar, I get scroll performance that I expected - no problem. Tried a mouse with a scroll wheel. Works fine.

So... The issue seems to be related to your trackpad drivers & Logos?
Yes, seems that way. If any Logos folks are listening, the trackpad is Elan Microelectronics. Scrolling works fine in: Word, firefox, chrome, ...
