Volume 18B: Job 38–42 has been over one year,

Vol. 32: Micah–Malachi (Revised), has been almost 2 years.

Vol. 37a: Acts 1–14, again has been almost 2 years, although I can find no evidence it has even been released.

But for the other two i can't figure out what the delay is with the other volumes.

This is really a mystery because Word Biblical is one of Logos' most popular products, and obviously Logos wants to sell books.  It surely must be a publisher problem.  There must be a dispute over money or publishing rights.

I wish Logos would just let us know something.  I understand if there is a problem, but some information would be helpful.

I too wish Logos would be more communicative on this sort of thing. I realize that they are not able to tell us details and don't want to give expectations that they can't obtain for some reason but at least provide some sort of idea of what is going on - even if in general terms.

Speaking as a user with limited funds (preaching to the choir?) catching these at pre-pub prices is very important since:

1. WBC is an excellent value in general.

2. Once they release I probably won't be able to get them again unless as part of a payment plan in the future.

Still waiting for NEB, there have been 7 release dates since April.

Could be another 40 years...

I cannot speak for the first two, but I did post something regarding Walton's WBC on Acts here:

I hope this helps a little.

It actually does but I was not aware of  it generally being a policy of offering books before their publishing date (or at least close to it), because no one else seems to have a scheduled release date, like CBD or Amazon, which often have volumes listed unto 6 or more months projected release date.
