True, and I wish either God or Logos would tell me. [:D] Thanks, Sleiman, for being so cooperative.Sleiman said:
I agree.... Other than that, God only knows (and Logos maybe)Michael Childs said:Well, clearly we need to find why and how NA28 works with the Greek Audio New Testament for you, but not for many others.

For those of you getting Logos to crash by reading aloud the NA28, do you see the option for read aloud in the panel menu?

Well, I'm certainly not God but I am "Logos" (if by Logos you mean a developer who worked on Audio resources for 5.1).
What I know:
- NA28 should not play using the Greek Audio on any platform/build/computer.
- The crash when trying to play audio using "Start Reading Aloud" will be fixed in the next SR for 5.1 and the next beta for 5.1a.
- I've put in a request for the NA28 to be updated to allow playback (it obviously won't fully match because of textual differences but it should be very close).
What I don't know:
- Why it seems to work for some users. I've seen nothing in the code to indicate that this should ever work.
- When SR3 will be released for 5.1
- When/If the resource will be updated to allow playing of the Audio for NA28.

Well, that was fast. The resource information looks like it's already been updated to indicate that it supports read aloud.
I believe a quit/relaunch of the software will get it updated and you should be able to read aloud (I expect this to work without crashing but I haven't actually tested it locally because I already had the crash fix.)

[Y] Thanks ... Read Aloud is working for NA28 now [:)]
By the way How about "The New Testament in the Original Greek (Westcott & Hort)? Can Logos consider to turn on Audio for this? Justification: Since both of these supported Read Aloud now
- 1881 Westcott-Hort Greek New Testament
- Westcott and Hort Greek New Testament (1881) With Morphology
Thanks for considering.

Well, I thank both God and Logos for the Greek Audio New Testament now works on NA28 for me, too. Thanks for the good work.

I am back in circulation again. Thanks for the fix. Even my laptop works now! Logos is great!
Now back the the original point:
ἅγιος ἅγιος ἅγιος κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὁ παντοκράτωρ,
ὁ ἦν καὶ ὁ ὢν καὶ ὁ ἐρχόμενος.
ἅγιος ἅγιος ἅγιος!
