I just upgraded to Platinum yesterday and noticed that I have the option to also upgrade to the Biblical Languages package as well for less than the LSJ costs by itself on sale currently.  I actually have most of the package already (except for 21 of the listed resources) but the deal is pretty good since there are 4-5 items that are already in my wish list.

Is there a downside to me doing this? I presume I'll no longer be listed as a "Platinum" owner correct?

The only downsides are:
* You'll never be able to sell the books separately, which came in any of Your base-packages, both because of the dynamic pricing and because purchases with Academic Pricing can not be sold. You won't be able to sell anything in base-packages. After a while Logos probably allows to transfer the license of the package in a will.
* Offer is only valid with Academic Pricing:

That's correct. Customer service may also have trouble seeing from where Your books came and may miss that You have Platinum, but that doesn't matter often:

It is usually sufficiently cheaper to upgrade than to purchase individually, that the downside is overcome. The records will show that you have both base packages but I won't try to guess what the software will show you.
