"The Story" Reading Plan

I am wondering if it is possible to create a reading list based off, "The Story" and then determine when each section of text would be read. The issue I am having is that I want to have more control over the days that the material is read. So for instance, we won't be reading during the week that Christmas Falls. How, when first creating the list, tell it to not read on that week, and so on?

I'm not familiar with "The Story" and a lot of tailoring depends on how its articles are structured e.g. you can control bibles & commentaries by specific passage references, but this control does not exist for non-bible resources. And control over specific reading periods is non-existent. You could ensure that your plan finishes before Christmas(!), or you can insert a range of previously read pages/scriptures when you see how the plan unfolds over that period.

Through Faithlife, I can download the reading plan document as an html, is there a way to manipulate it to get specific reading dates I want, or is this just completely undo-able?

I'm unsure what you mean. Does "Faithlife" offer this reading plan? Are you downloading a document from another user? In any case, you cannot direct logos to have certain readings on specific dates. The reading plan is completely automatic. [ugh]

Faithlife being connected with Logos enables you to create and share documents, one of the ways they do it is by creating the "document" and then sharing it with all who are collabarating. If I right click on it and save as, I can download it as an html (I have yet to try to upload it back in, so it may not be possible) but I am just wondering at what I can and cannot do. To that end, I think you have answered my question. Thank you, I really wanted to know before I went all out trying to find away only to be disappointed.
