I am running 4.0a RC1 and noticed that when I do a bible search for "meek" in the KJV, Matthew 5:5 does does not hit.
Can someone else try this? Am I missing somthing?
I am running 4.0a (4.01.3.4467). Nothing wrong with the search here. It may be an indexing issue. WHen you have time, run the command "rebuild index"
You're also missing Matt 11:29. (There should be 31 results in 29 verses.)
Please open the KJV resource (e.g., by clicking one of the hits) and then clicking the circled (i) in the top right of the resource panel. In the information screen, at the bottom, what is listed beside "Support Info"?
Hey Folks, thanks for the help...
Here is the support info from the KJV resource

let the real help help you!

My first search was in a different KJV, with different support info. But then I found the same resource you were using and ran a search (after seeing your exchange above):
And when I searched" meek," I STILL came up with Matt 5:5 AND 11:29. hmmmmmmmmm maybe it IS indexing? Or did you rip that page or two out of your Bible?
That's current, or at least it matches mine (and I get the hits Bradley mentioned).
Search errors are almost always indexing issues. There were some indexing issues in Beta3 that messed up some people.
Is there any indexing going on or pending for you?
If not and you've got the time type rebuild index in the command bar, as Dan suggested.
If Bradley gives you advice on this, take his over mine. He has insights into the program that we lowly MVP's don't have. [;)]
EDIT: I edited this after realizing you posted this in the Beta forum.
and there is the man who taught me to "rebuild index." [:)] Great help, Richard!
If you ever ran one of the beta versions, I suspect an index merging problem. Rich's advice to "rebuild index" should straighten this out.
Re-Index Fixed the issue...Thanks..
