Hi,
Because logos is good with grammatical relationships, is there a search option to find out all the verbs used with the preposition אֶל? If so, how would you do it?
Obviously I could use the morph search, but there are 5507 results for that, and it would save a lot of time to just have the list of verbs pop up.Thanks for your help.
David Roberts.
Have you tried the Bible Word Study guide? Search for your verb lemma and go to the grammatical relationships section.
Are you looking for this one?
Janusz Dubiel,
Thanks so much. I just managed to replicate your screen. What was odd through is how at least one verb is missing from the list:
יִקָּווּ in Genesis 1:9
Makes me wonder... but still, this is very helpful!!!
Yes Francis, I did try the Bible Word Study feature, but all I could see was nouns, not verbs. Thanks for the reply though.
Sorry David, I had misread your question.
Noticed Genesis 1:9 has a noun with preposition אֶל

Yes, but I was looking to see if there was a way to list every verb used in a phrase with אֶל in the Hebrew Bible without word repetitions. The waters > אֶל < יקוו one place.I do realise there are a lot of words in between them, but that's what I was looking for, but thanks for the reply. :)I appreciate the feedback and will try your search. :)
