I've been testing Proclaim on a Mac. Tonight I tried to install on two separate Windows machines and get the error message "Unable to retrieve applications files. Files corrupt in deployment. (see image below). I've tried updating Windows and, based upon Google searches, I have tried "restoring" my .Net framework, all to no avail. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Hello Jim,
What I would suggest doing would be to make sure Proclaim is completely uninstalled (If it is not already), clear the cache of the internet browser you are using, download the setup file from www.proclaimonline.com and attempt to reinstall the program. If this does not work, I would suggest calling customer service at 800-875-6467.
application validation did not succeed.
I did the browser thing, I updated to Service pack 3 on XP and still will not install.
I would suggest calling customer service and see if they can help you get the Program installed correctly. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
