This issue should be fixed in 5.2 RC1.

I don't remember if I already installed the latest update, but I think so.

But besides that, how do install a new version if Logos crashes directly after login.

Found it already. 

Starting Logos with Command key. Select "log in with empty layout".

Then I was able to download the new release.
