Faithlife infographics not working.

I have a Samsung tab 3 7.0 I can not load the infographics. It says it can not load offline resources. I went offline and I received the same response. It also happened on my s3 galaxy smartphone. I am not an android user and don't really have anything helpful to contribute about your problem. Since this is an Android related question, it might have been better to post in the android forum. This post may be moved there.

Also, there is no benefit for you to add your email address in the thread. If you subscribe to the thread (Click "email me when someone replies" in upper right of thread) you will receive an email. When you include your email, especially unobscured, you may get unwanted spam when spambots search the forums for email addresses. You should edit your post and remove the address.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Can you try removing the downloaded resource and re-downloading it? We had some server issues over the weekend that prevented some resources from downloading correctly and caused the error you're seeing.
