NB ... what is the filename when you're viewing the WIVU graphs? (pressing the info button)

I recently contacted Logos because I am interested in the German Bible Society Bundle. According to the sales person I do own the BHS SESB and the Consituency Trees, but as with many here I do not have the Constituence trees in my library. I attempted the solution offered here, but I am still unable to get the trees to appear in my library. Still waiting for support to reply. Just wondering if there is anything else I may try.

Ok got the files scanned into L6 but they are not displaying- evidently this may be a problem with L6.

But since we others do see them in L6 (and, Denise, yes there is a wivucgraphs resource file in my system as of now and displays as such in the support info), this seems very unlikely. Maybe another call to technical support and having somebody looking into your system from remote is the best thing to solve this now.

"wivucgraphs resource file " this is not showing in my resource folder (C:\Users\Whyndell Earl\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\0yzboier.jcx\ResourceManager\Resources)

Thanks NB.Mick and Whyndell for your help. My trees are finally growing after many fruitless attempts on my side (and a silence on Logos support side). The solution for me was not to use the scan command. The solution was to physically copy all relevant files into my Logos resource folder.
Can anyone point me to a place where I can learn more about the different terms used by WIVU?

check whether all the files are there and copy them over if not. The error message is incorrect.

I had to copy the files and actually place them in the resource folder- even SESB 1&2 are on my computer; also have the German Bible Society bundle installed- makes me wonder what else is not on my system that I have cd's for- did everything get copied over with all these upgrades- just wondering.

So I assume it's working now?

I am wondering the same thing as I also own the WIVU tree but "*Updating resources" and scanning folders with resources did not import it into my library. It was only recognized AFTER I physically copied ALL the necessary files into my resource folder. With 7800+ resources it is impossible to know.

Yes- but scan now for L6 does not work - I am now pulling and inventorying all my cd's which are substantial to see what else is missing from my library.
I have lost some trust in Logos moving all my resources from one version to the next. I had the same issue with my version Machen's NT Greek for Beginner's- every time there is an update I have reinstall the files- which I just found is missing again.

Please let us know what your findings are. If you discover some "lost" resources it could be worth it to follow your lead.

I hope someone from Logos/Faithlife will reply about WIVU Constituency Trees and Syntaxt search, soon. These resources are, by the way, still currently and proudly advertised on Logos.com's store page for the German Bible Society Bundle (link):
