Error happened right before worship. Could not sync todays presentation so I logged out. When I try to login now it says it can not connect to the servers. Any ideas? I know it means someone working, but it would be awesome to have tech support on Sundays.

Hello Joe,

Are you getting a yellow warming sign in the upper right-hand corner of Proclaim? Can you post logs?

I get the yellow icon. I can click it and it'll be green for a few moments, but it uktimatrly will turn yellow again.  I'll post the logs tonight or tomorrow.

I had the same problem and had to uninstall and reinstall Proclaim for it to work for me. Seems to be OK now but I still have synch problems from computer to computer.

If you could post your log files from a machine that is failing to sync we should be able to help diagnose the issue.
