Why doesn't my old New American Standard Version of the Bible show up as a Bible in the Logos4 Bible list?
I think the new one is the best updated one ,
What "type" is it listed as in the Library?
The question has been asked before and there has not been an answer from Logos that I can recall. We know that Logos no longer can distribute the older version of the NASB, but why that prevents them from updating it into L4 format for those who already have it or at least to change the tagging from Monograph to Bible is beyond me. Should have already been done, so it makes one wonder why it hasn't.
Thomas, Rocky is asking about the 'old' NASB, not the NASB95.
I agree Tes, but not everyone does. It should be of Type:Bible, if it's not than it needs to go on the wiki metadata correction proposals list:

Yeah, I knew that. I couldn't remember what had happened on the other threads with this one.

My memory is fuzzy as well, esp. with relation to any Logos response.
Logos respons was they were trying to get permission to do this from the publiseher, we all await with hope.
As I said, I was fuzzy on this. Seems funny that they can tag it as a monograph but not tag it as a Bible. Either way they tagged it and I'll bet they didn't ask for permission to do so. Changing the tag shouldn't need the publisher's permission. Just curious to me.
There is definitely a diff between the 2 of those NASB versions, when I first got serious about Bible studying, I started with NASB due to its woody literalness.
