As discussed in this thread: ( http://community.logos.com/forums/t/79009.aspx ), pressing "command-L" does NOT place the cursor into the library search box under the following conditions:
- The library panel is open and docked
- The library panel is visible.
- Another tab is active
if the library is closed, or hidden behind another tab, the library opens and the focus moves to the search box.
