Help! Proclaim crashes as soon as it starts.

I was putting the final touches on the service for tomorrow when Proclaim closed unexpectedly.  I have tried to get back into tomorrows presentation from multiple computers but as soon as I select it Proclaim shuts down. 

The last item I added was an on screen bible verse...  What are my options?

I was able to clear it up.  i had another user in our group who was not having issues, go in and delete the last on screen bible verse that I put in.  After it was deleted, I was able to get in no problem. 

Would the log still help you with development?

sorry for the disruption. The logs would still be helpful, so we can fix the underlying issue.

No problem.  i know I have see it before, but can you tell me where to find the logs on a Mac?

  • /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/ 
  • The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.
