For the past few months, any notes I add to Logos 5 on my Macbook Pro are not syncing to my Nexus 7 (just updated to 4.0.12, Build 187, running Android 4.4.2). The notes are present at documents.logos.com, so it seems the issue is not with the MBP. Any ideas?

Tim,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. It's possible that there's some kind of error when trying to sync your notes down on your Nexus 7. Can you do some things to help us diagnose what the problem may be? First, create a new note on the Nexus 7 (any kind of note, in any resource or document, it doesn't matter), then wait for about 30-60 seconds without doing anything else in the app. Finally, open the navigation drawer and click on the "Help" item and click "Send Support Info" and change the email address to:   drew DOT hannay AT logos.com
