Hi Andrew
You have a corrupt Preferences database. Delete the file /Users/andrewj/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/8cyb4bge.lbk/UserPreferences2/PreferencesManager.db and restart Logos to recreate it (Note the 2 in its folder name).
