I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you looked at the wrong column on the chart. The actual figure is 4%. It's also worth pointing out that those figures are sales/shipping figures, rather than ownership figures. Even if Windows phone had 4% of sales, the actual percentage of users who own Windows Phone devices will be less than 4%, because most of the phones sold last year, and even the year before, are still in circulation.

For what it's worth, I am seeing and reading of a growing use and interest in the Window 8/8.1, especially on tablets and laptops. I also have a windows phone and I believe when Win8 user see how seamless their devices sync, the market share will increase. I do both Bible study and reading on my laptops and PCs, but a lot of reading on my phone. Since there is no Windows phone app for Logos or Vyrso I no longer purchase books for them.

The funny thing about this conversation is that I remember having the same one not that long ago when we were being told it was not viable for Libronix to produce an app for Android devices. I love my Libronix for study(other than the nearly daily updates and restarts). But for reading, goodbye Logos, hello Kindle, as it's a better app on all platforms and available for Windows phones.
