Using Windows 7
Downloaded and was working fine for months.
Pulls up blue intro screen, but then nothing happens
Hi Jeremy - welcome to the forums
And sorry to hear you are having problems
Can you enable diagnostic logging and upload logs after you have tried to start Logos? Details at https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/problem
Thanks, Graham
Thanks, Graham - I can't enable diagnostic logging. It won't do anything past the blue logo.
Just to be clear
If you follow step 1 from that link (reproduced below) you don't get the login screen
Is that correct?
Yep
OK
Step 4 on the page I linked shows how to enable logging before starting Logos
Can you follow those steps, try and start Logos and see whether logs have been produced?
7041.Logos Log Files.zip
This looks a problem with C:\Users\jlucarelli\AppData\Local\Logos5\Users\UserManager.db
Suggest you rename it and restart Logos and see how you get on
I'm having the same exact problem. Same solution?
8838.Logos Log Files.zip
I'm having the same exact problem. Same solution? 8838.Logos Log Files.zip
The log information you have provided doesn't give enough information so I suggest you start a new thread with fuller logging information so we can focus on your specific issue.
Do you have a Logos.log file and a current LogosCrash.log file?
If not please enable diagnostic logging (as above) and try and start Logos again and then post the files to the new thread.
Graham
Thanks Graham - I hadn't noticed it was an old log file. I had followed the instructions, and that is what was in the folder. I posted it assuming it was the new log. I've attempted again, and there is nothing new I've also searched my compter to see if the new file is in another location, but nothing is coming up. I'm in contact with tech support.
