A couple of issues I noticed with announcements:

1.  If you use dot-points in your announcements page and you need to use SHIFT-return to make a carriage return that remains within the one dot-point, it works in the editor, but the shift-return unexpectedly renders on the display page as a square box character.

2.  The announcements for some reason won't use the full height of the page, only half the height.  If you put a number of announcements on the page, it forces the text down to a tiny font size to squeeze them into half the height of the page rather than allowing you to use the full height of the page.

Does it help if you adjust the size of this box?

You get to the box using 'Customize' (yes I know spelling  :-(  )

Most of the 'announcements' type slides are designed for one announcement per slide, and have reserved space for location, contact, time, etc.

If you just want to put a bunch of stuff on one slide, I suggest a generic 'content' slide instead of an announcements slide.

Sorry for the inconvenience -- we're working on making announcement slides adjust automatically if you don't use the other fields.
