thanks for linking the blog and making me aware of this interesting prepub again - again, since actually it's one of my CPs that now will ship soon (two weeks time). The list of interesting resources Rosie mentioned above incited me to buy https://vyrso.com/product/35418/all-you-want-to-know-about-hell-three-christian-views-of-gods-final-solution-to-the-problem-of-sin - author Steve Gregg adresses the same three views than the blog post. Of course I got it on Vyrso, but it's interesting to read the Amazon comments, especially since Steve interacts with some commenters.
NB: When you read the blog post again in a less busy minute you may notice that position two, "conditional immortality" is the one that often goes under "annihilationism".
