The New Jerusalem bible is not allowed to be purchased in South Africa. I was interested in purchasing Logos when I can afford it, but if material cannot be purchased, I'm definitely not interested anymore. Not sure what is so secret about this bible. I have 5 different hard copies of the same title.

Most items are sold world-wide. A few items have different copyright holders in different parts of the world. Logos can only sell these in countries that they have contracted with the copyright holder. The Catholic Catechism is another example of a regional copyright. I would estimate the percentage of resources limited in this way to be less than 1%.

There is probably a way around. Perhaps you could get someone who is not in S.A. to buy it for you? Then a transfer could take place.
