I recently upgraded to Logos 5. I had a chart that showed the number of copies we had of the Bible versus other ancient works. It seems there were a few variations to these images. Now I can't find them. Does upgrading cause you to lose certain information?

From Logos 4 to 5, no. From Logos 3 to 5 you must run some scripts to convert some items. Some unofficial L3 documents e.g. Timelines, are in fact lost.

It sounds like you might have been thinking of "The New Testament Didn't Drop Out of Heaven" infographic from Logos Bible Software Infographics.
