Downloaded updated resources not installing

Three times today I have downloaded 475 mbs of resource updates only to reboot Logos 5.2b Beta 2 (5.2.2.0028) with no apparent updating having occurred. No indexing occurs, nothing shows on the home screen as updated (and yes I have the updated resources option ticked), nothing to show for my download. I cannot afford to keep repeating this, I've consumed approx 1.5 gig of our church's monthly download allowance in an afternoon. Usually my home screen tells me what resources have been updated. All other programs are running fine as per normal and Logos 5 continues to work well after downloaded updated resources apparently fails to install - its as if nothing has changed from before the download. Any explanations or suggestions?

Probably not without you enabling and posting logs.

When does it start to download again? Once you restart the app?

I would recommend not being on beta if you have such a small allowance.

I've not posted to the Beta forums before. How do you turn logging on or off? I've tried downloading the file that Logos "help" directs me to but my Chrome browser must block it even though I have granted exemption to Chrome for logos.com.  

It only downloads again when I press "Update Resources" after nothing apparently happens the previous attempt. After doing this 3 times I stopped because something was obviously not working and my download allowance was evaporating.

Wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging that includes manual instructions if javascript cannot be used
