I can't figure this out. All my resources are like this. Various words just don't show up.
Extra Weird:They ARE there, if I copy and paste, the words are there.I don't have any visual filters or highlights turned on (as you can see)
Any help? This is the latest version of Logos 5 for Mac
This looks like the effects of a Visual Filter. Have you checked the VF-menu (the three interlocked circles)?

I also am experiencing this bug (as I noted here). However, I am running the Logos beta (Logos 5.2b Beta 2) and I am also running the OS X 10.10 Developer Preview 1. I did NOT experience this issue when running the 5.2b Beta 2 on OS X 10.9. However, I experienced this issue immediately after upgrading to OS X 10.10.
Brannon, are you sure that you are not running the Logos Beta, and what version of OS X are you running?
(Obviously, since I am running OS X 10.10, I am not expecting Logos to directly address my situation, since they are not responsible for my beta testing of OS X 10.10. I am mentioning my situation and upgrade to OS X 10.10 only in case it would help a developer track down the problem for other users.)

Bump...
Brannon, do you have an update on how Logos is working for you? What about your OS?
Also, does anyone know of an instance where this has happened before? I seem to remember something similar. I think the solution was to perform a complete reinstall, but I don't want to try that until I can an example on the forums where that was suggested.
Anyone at Logos have any suggestions? Is there an active bug report on this issue?
I found a workaround on my system for missing words in Program Settings.

Thank you for reporting this issue. There is an active case for it in Development, and I will include a link to this forum post so that we will update you when the issue is fixed.
Hope this gets fixed soon, because that AppleGothic font is ugly.
Anyone find a different font that also works?

Arial works along with a good number of other fonts.
I found that every font I tried worked. Granted, I only tried about a dozen. I settled on Georgia. This is a very strange bug though. I've never seen anything like it before.
This should be fixed in 5.2b Beta 6.

Default fonts appear OK using 5.3 Beta 1 on OS X 10.10 Public Beta 2

That's not actually the default font; that's Times New Roman.
There's a bug in 5.3 on Mac that prevents your font choices (even Default!) from being respected. It might not be fixed in Beta 2, but it should be fixed in a future beta.
