Bump.
Just want to make sure someone sees this. I forgot to put Bug in the post title.
Text Comparison is the only way to effectively use the biblical DSS.

If you want Logos to see something, bump it when they're at work, not when they're at home with their families.[;)]

Does moving Text Comparison to a wider location OR float window mitigate muddling bugginess ?

The width of the TC window doesn't affect things. This problem only happens with certain verses. Just scroll through a few chapters and you'll see.

Has anyone filed something on this?
Yes, I've created a case. I'm sorry for the delay in getting a response.

Please fix this soon. Wasn't the biblical DSS, being a couple hundred individual resources, designed to be used with text comparison? Yet all this time and the bug still lingers.
What in the world?

I checked on the case, and there is a developer assigned to it and actively looking into it, but the problem is more widespread than just TC (it's more a fundamental "how we display complicated OL characters on Mac"), and looks to be a complicated fix. I'll keep an eye on the case, but I unfortunately don't have an ETA right now. [:(]

Still a problem in 6.1 SR-2

Report this in the Logos 6 forum and refer to this thread (bugs won't be fixed in Logos 5 and reports can languish in the Logos 5 forum).

Dylan replied that they have a report written up, so I'm hesitant to duplicate posts.
Besides, I've moved on to Accordance for DSS. I have completely lost confidence in Logos' ability (or interest) to display the DSS correctly. (see my manifold previous posts over the course of years)
I'm stepping off the DSS soapbox. They can fix it or not.
