I recently upgraded to IOS 8.1 and then reinstalled logos app and now the app keeps on crashing.
I have reset the iPad settings twice and also deleted and installed the logos app a few times.. Anyone else havng this same issue or have any idea on how to fix this. Thank you.

If you read the link Graham provided, there is a known issue with "non-retina" iPads (including yours).

Thanks Graham! Yes, sounds like the same issue.. There doesn't seem to be a solution at the moment. I hope I don't have to reset and delete my documents.

As per the link I posted, the developers are working on getting a fix verified, submitted and released. I would wait until that happens.
