Bug: Community Tags section in Factbook broken

If you open the Factbook to Joseph (son of Jacob), the Community Tags section isn't working. It reports two entries, but neither can be viewed, and when you click on one, both attempt to open.

When you pull up the Community Tags section, what resource(s) does the Factbook claim that the tags are supposed to appear in?

This is similar to the problem discussed at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/93283.aspx where Bradley says they are aware of it and working on it
