Possible Bug: Wikipedia Notes
Has anyone else tried taking notes in Wikipedia? I was just testing the feature out and when I highlight and attach a note, the note anchor icon gets placed in the middle of the highlighted section as opposed to the beginning and then highlights parts that I had not selected when creating the note.
I don't have screenshots right now and will try to get some when I get home. I know this may have something to do with interfacing L6 with Wikipedia itself as it is an external (ever changing) resource.

David, it may not come as much of a surprise that I have used this feature quite a bit. [:)]
Can you be more specific? Screenshots would be most helpful.
One bug that I've noticed (and this may be the one you're seeing): when the highlight is applied sometimes my selection moves. Often it seems to move back toward the beginning of the article by an amount proportional to the number of inserted note markers I have before it. This is most definitely an issue that will need to be fixed but I have never seen it affect the text that actually gets the note applied to it.
Is this what you are seeing?
Looking forward to more details so I can help you out.

Here is a screenshot. Notice the notes file on the left compared to the wikipedia window on the right:

It looks like a simple offsetting issue, that the visual filter is calculating the position of the note incorrectly. What's the article? <edit>I can see it's on "Mary Magdalene".</edit>

I was able to reproduce this and have written up a case to fix it.

A fix for this has been implemented on our Beta build for testing, and will be generally available once 6.0b is finished and considered stable enough for all users.

6.0b is now available for stable users, including this fix.
