The forums don't allow you to paste images in. You have to save them as files and then attach them.
But I would suggest:
Can't see specifically what your error is. I had a .NET installation error installing to my laptop, Win 8.1. You may want to try to shut down completely, then a fresh start. It seemed to work the issue I had experienced.
