From the Logos.com home page. He looks familiar, but I can't place him. Anyone know?

I had already tried that too. I assume Logos commissioned original photos of him for their marketing materials. And maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it's just an actor. But he seems like someone I've seen before as a public persona. Not as well known as John Piper or Tim Keller, perhaps, but the latter also appears on their front page, as does Spurgeon:

The glasses and the distinctive eye-teeth that are a bit crooked are what made me think I recognized him.

Benjamin Amundgaard told me it's a layperson on the vestry at St. Paul's Episcopal in Bellingham, named Brad Howard. He said, "I think he works well in our ads because he has that sort of famous/familiar look to him." I agree.
