Can you explain more? Logos continually updates software and resources... Are you complaining about that or are you having a specific issue? If so, please explain clearly and provide relevant details (what OS, what version of Logos, what computer, etc.)
Logos is downloading too often because a file that tracks its status keeps getting corrupted. Normally it's a temporary file on PC, but there is a Disk I/O error that suggests you should check your hard drive. If that isn't the cause you need to enable logging so that I can look at the detailed logs.
