I created a personal assistant with my preferred commentaries etc. Part of the the guide was Tim Kellers sermons. Now whenever I search using this guide nothing appears from this resource.
Anyone with any thoughts on why?

I am unaware of any such feature. What are we talking about? A custom passage guide?
p.s. I could really use a personal assistant. [:P]
Mark, can you list the steps to replicate the problem?
[:D] just a guide with different collections that I called my personal assistant. One of the collections was Tim Kellers sermons. When I do a search say gal 1:1-10 the results come up on the commentaries but TK or Dr Martin Lloyd Jones get 0 results.
I assume by personal assistant you mean Passage Guide or Sermon Starter Guide. Please confirm this.
I also assume (but you should confirm) that by "now" you mean after upgrading to Logos 6, that in Logos 5 everything worked.
I do not know what you mean by 'part of the guide'. Do you mean you had a collection section with Tim Keller's sermons in that collection, or do you mean something else? Please tell us.
You have not told us what passage or passages you have expected results from. We'd like to know.
Please get back to us.

Mac or Windows? Logos 5 or Logos 6?
EDIT: Looks like Lynden, Mark and Fred are on the trail. [:D]
Yes a passage guide that I created, where Tk sermons were one of the collections. No matter what passage I search on my results are 0

I don't have either resource. Do you know there should be sermons for that passage? If you run the guide for a passage you know you have a sermon on does it show up?
Is indexing going on? Do you have a Logos Log file that indicates an Indexer Crash?
Logos 6, Mac
In addition to the questions Mark asked, a screen shot might be helpful
Since I have the Timothy Keller Sermon resource I thought I'd double check and it seems to work for me.
I have Tim Keller and John pipers sermon archives.
Is your computer indexing? Any chance your indexer crashed? I do not have Keller or Piper but I did notice in your screen shot that the music section produced no results as well. It seems like maybe your index is either not complete or is corrupt.
What base package do you have?
It sounds like an indexing issue.
You can try to reindex those specific resources.
In the Command Bar type: Reindex Sermons from John Piper and it will give you the ability to select which of the three resources to reindex. You'll have to do all three. (Hit Enter after your selection to re-initiate indexing). I don't have the Keller sermons but the reindex command will follow whatever the title of that resource is.
Even if this works, there might be a larger indexing issue. Under your Logos Log Files do you have a LogosIndexerError log? If so, .zip it and attach it to a follow up post.
