I appreciate the work that Logos has put into the propositional outline feature.

The one tweak that I would appreciate is if you could please allow us to have two copies of the same resource open with one showing the propositional outline and the other not showing the propositional outline. Currently, if you turn on the propositional outline in one copy of the ESV it automatically displays the propositional outline in your other copy of the ESV.

You may have noticed that all the settings made in one copy of the Bible apply to all instances of that Bible. I wouldn't mind if I could change all the settings for each Bible instance, that is make all the settings apply only to that open panel not to all instances of the Bible.

I  would use the ability to control propositional outlines. I would also like to turn off all highlighting in one copy and still see the highlighting in another.

So thumbs up on the suggestion, but maybe it could be extended a bit.

I've created a case for this internally. Thank you for the suggestion (it is a good one)!

While you're looking at that, could you also look into a similar issue that have caused a number of complaints over the years:

While the interlinear ribbon is one setting that is possible to have on in one copy and off in another copy of the same Bible, it isn't possible to save a layout that way. I think the same may apply to a number of other settings: Inline display, TOC, Locator bar, columns, footnotes...

(That is if you haven't already fixed this in L6.)

I agree with all of this.  Resource window settings (including filters, interlinears, and window layout) should be unique per instance, and all settings should be saved for that window in the layout.

The current behaviour where changing the settings apply that point onward to all future windows is really helpful, behaving like default settings

May be there could be a simple toggle button in the window:

Apply changes to: a.) Current window only b.) All current and future windows

I would also really like this. Is there any update on the case that has been created for this internally? It's been about 4 months now since it was created.

I heartily agree with the initial suggestion as well as the extension that Mark is proposing!

One further extension that relates to the interlinear ribbon, is the ability to have different lines displaying in the OT and NT. For example, I want to hide the transliteration lines in the OT, but show them in the NT because I'm (much) less familiar with Greek than with Hebrew.
