Bug: Highlighting Label not sync'd
My desktop v5.3 beta was upgraded to v6.0 SR-3 but the Label attached to the Highlighting style was not sync'd from the laptop. The labels appear to be applied within the resource and note file, though, and can be found via a search for {Label Personality}.
The label is applied to a style "Label Personality".

This should be fixed in 6.0b Beta 4.

This is now available for stable users, along with 6.0b.
