Looking for the Bible Book Guide on Daniel in the Factbook.  It shows Daniel as a topic, but not Book of Daniel.  Anyone else have this missing?

    I don't see it either

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

The Topic Guide on the Book of Daniel links erroneously to Book of the Law (Daniel).

But the Factbook entry on the Book of Daniel is there.

(I found it by typing <Topic Book of Daniel> in Factbook, as even Book of Daniel on its own wouldn't find it..

Ah, that explains it.  I saw that link but thought it was for something different.  Thanks.

Oddly, i had exactly the same trouble today (and resorted to the same solution)! We have quite a few different Factbook pages now, especially when the search string includes a personal name like Daniel: many Notable People match. So I think  the matching algorithm needs some adjustment, especially for longer strings: I filed a case for that yesterday.

In the meantime, the best workaround (if you already have some idea of what you're looking for) is to use data type search to limit the matches, starting your query with:

    • "<Topic X" for general topics, Bible books, and Notable people
    • "<Person X" for biblical people
    • "<Place X" for biblical places

etc. See https://community.logos.com/forums/p/92763/643499.aspx#643499 for Bradley's list of the syntax for all the new data type search options.
