Let's suppose you want to search the Bible for law, decree, statutes etc. Other than making up a list, is there a better way to search?
I think that a list is want you want. Do a Bible search for any of the words you want separated by a comma and a space. E.g. law, decree, statute This will produce results containing any of these words.
I went to Psalm 119 in hopes of finding a common tag/sense between all these terms, but it looks like they're all separate. I don't think there's a shortcut via a keyword--I think you have to do a list.
In Logos 6 there is the Lexham Cultural Ontology which (from the associated Glossary resource) covers Law and Decree. You can search most bibles with:
{Section <Culture Law>}, {Section <Culture Decree>}
Law provides the majority of results whilst Decree is more limited.
Command is another potentially useful concept.
Strangely, the 10 Commandments are not covered by any specific Concept.

Yes, they're included in the Cultural Ontology.
However, we're missing some important Bible verses in our annotations (like the passages in Exodus and Deuteronomy), and search doesn't seem to be working right for the reference to the Ten Commandments we've annotated in Matthew 19:17–19. I'll file a case on these two issues.
And you'll distinguish between the 10 moral commandments and the 10 ritual commandments? (Just giving you a hard time ... but an element to disambiguate is needed so one can find the ritual ones.
