Purchases not downloading

I've just bought three items in two separate transactions
I have emails acknowleding the orders and they show in my order history.
But they aren't appearing as a download after:
- "update now"
- stopping /restarting Logos
- "update resources"
Anyone else seeing the same thing?

I've had a single item not download since the 31st of Oct. and with several emails it still hasn't been resolved. Although it's very probable that these are unrelated.

Another user posted something in another thread that may be related. I tried a vyrso freebie and like you got the notification, but no download.

There appears to be something going on with sync today (this morning). Logos may be working on infrastructure matters.

I'm also waiting for updates.
Strangely, I've just received two lots of small updates (3.1MB and 9.4MB), which then seemed to come again almost straight away. Homepage doesn't list any changes or updates, so it seems a little odd.
While I've been typing, it has tried to download these updates again!
Something is amiss!

I just had four data sets update at about 15MB in size without issue so this may be sporadic rather than system wide

It may be new licenses that are not registering. Possibly other existing licenses are updating as normal while newly acquired ones are hung up???

Has anyone tried to reset their BITS to see if the jobs are clogged up?

I just came here to see if I was the only one whose purchase failed to download. Since I am a newbie I figured it was probably just me doing something wrong.. Apparently not.[:)] Well, as long as I am not alone it's all OK.

My purchase is indexing now so all is well. Thanks for the welcome! There surely is a lot to learn about Logos and with Logos. Many of my questions have been resolved with the training videos, as well as, coming to the forums.
