as of yesterday i don't appear able to review books on the ipad or download books any longer - although i can read them on wifi - anyone else having that difficulty?

a) What do you mean by "review" books? Do you mean look at the books in your library, even non-downloaded books?

b) How long has it been since you were last able to download books?

Some bugs in the iOS app have been discovered that surface in situations related to login, password changes, and unavailability of the Logos servers supporting the mobile apps. The major outage that Logos/Faithlife experienced a couple of weekends ago caused problems like your for many people (me included).

If you have excellent internet connectivity (not just wifi connectivity, but internet connectivity) and you're still experiencing these problems, I'm aware of three options that might help (in this order):

1) Kill and restart the app.

2) On the "Home" screen of the mobile app, type "rebuild index" (no quotes) in the Reference field and hit "Go." Wait for several minutes to see if that helps.

3) Uninstall and re-install the app.
