When trying to upgrade from Logos 5 to Logos 6 (I think it was 6.0a) I get:The installation of the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 did not succeedFrom searching the forum, I then tried removing .NET Framework 4.5.1 and again retrying the upgrade. This gave exactly the same result.I don't understand why Logos 6 was trying to install 4.5 when 4.5.1 was already present. What can I do next?
Is there anything "custom" with your installation, e.g. installation in non-default folders?
If I were in your shoes, I would try uninstalling .NET 4.5 Logos 5 and Logos 5 Prerequisitesfrom Uninstall Programs of the Control Panel.
If you run into a message "The specified account already exists" when uninstalling the Prerequisites, try the Fixit here: http://support2.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/en
When that's done, install Logos 6
I had the same problem and got round it by installing .NET 4.5.2 from the Microsoft site first. Then Logos upgraded fine...

An imprecise message. But do install 4.5.2 and retry the Logos installation.

Thanks. That fixed it.
That worked for me too - thanks for the tip!
You're welcome.
