I know by long experience that this set of many volumes is very informative. The collection adequately covers many sides of the doctrine of baptism. It really does help your wider understanding of the Bible itself to have studied these volumes.

Here is the link as best I know how to "copy and paste" it:

I have a number of these resources in hard copy in my personal library, but many of these volumes I have heard of and read about but do not have and cannot readily obtain.

Of the volumes I do have--on both the Baptist and non-Baptist side, I must say they have greatly informed my understanding of the Bible in many nooks and crannies which would otherwise have been unknown to me.

For example, the volume by Hibbard on Christian Baptism contains one of the best discussions I have read on the perpetuity of the ordinance of baptism. So What? you might ask. If you have not been reaching out to a wide enough audience of people about the Gospel, perhaps you have not encountered those who do not practice water baptism at all. If you carefully study their arguments (as I have), then study Hibbard--which I chanced to do, the issue is squarely settled once and for all.

I have much more to say about the value of this great collection on Classic Studies on Baptism.

My hope, though, is that you will reconsider and bid on this set. I did so in September of 2013, I think it was, and it has not moved much since then. It needs to go into production so we all can benefit.

I am delighted to notice that this still very important collection on the subject of baptism is now to be seen on page one under "progress" in Community Pricing.

These works are exceedingly good on this subject. I have taken the time to download a PDF of each from "google books." Only trouble, "google books" did not have them all. This would indicate that some of these titles may be very rare volumes. Of course, having them in Logos is a much better proposition than having them in PDF format from Google Books.

I hope more of you will see the value of this collection and enter your bid! I'd like to be able to use these works in Logos before I reach my "eighties" or even "nineties"!

I recognize that all of us have limited time for reading. We have to set priorities. Considering the importance of this major ordinance given by our Lord Jesus Christ, I believe we all would gain much from a deeper study made possible by such a good collection as this. I have made this a subject of careful study for many years. If you have made use of my book (available in Logos), The New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge, you have benefited from the research I've completed thus far on this and many other subjects, like the Figures of Speech used in the Bible. As much as I have studied the subject of baptism, I am still eager to study this subject further by means of this collection.

Thanks for posting this. I've have a bid going for 18 months now. I hope we can move it into production as the collection does look very useful.
