Unfortunately, no.

I hope you are wrong - because Logos does not (and should not) support all the diagram formats I use, I need to be able to attach the diagrams as notes.

No, I really mean should not. From my perspective, Logos should focus on Scripture. Yes, if I were picking what diagrams the Sentence Diagrammer supported I would make different choices but I understand why Logos made the choices they did. So I would rather use 3rd party software and copy & paste the results into Logos than to distract Logos from its primary mission - Scripture.
If I were in charge of Logos - which you all should praise God I'm not - I would give preference to books of Biblical interpretation rather than devotionals or theological volumes. I'd firmly support the foray into Syriac and Amharic and resources representing Orthodox and Eastern Church Biblical interpretation. I'd expand visual, aural and verbal arts interpretations. But since Logos has to stay financially solvent, I'm quite happy just having the framework from Logos to which I can attach my own resources
