program settings, transliteration, and fonts

I set the Greek font in the program settings, and see them now affected in my Bibles, but the info window and BWS (Bible Word Study) are using a different font. How can I get them all to be the same? (the info and BWS are using a sans-serif which is really hard to read Greek in)
On a similar note, there are several options for the type of Hebrew transliteration format:
scientific
SBL academic
SBL academic with spirantization
SBL general
SBL general with glottal stops
simplified
I do not see any of these options documented anywhere, and as above with the fonts, I don't really see what they change. The transliteration seems to stay the same (in dictionaries, info window, BWS) regardless. What I would like to do is set it to what the SBL handbook calls "general purpose style" transliteration" meaning a simple transliteration with regular English letters for the vowels (as opposed to either accent marks for vowels or only consonants).

The font settings only affect resources, not Bible Word Study or Information.
The transliteration settings change the transliterated Greek and Hebrew shown in BWS, etc. If you post an example of where the "SBL General" transliteration format doesn't match what you expect, the developer of the transliteration format may be able to say if it's doing what is expected or not.

Thanks for your reply.
So how would I change the font in the BWS and info window? I find Greek really hard to read in a sans-serif font. So I would defintly like to change the Greek text to a serif.
As you can see in the screen shot here I am displaying the "SBL general" Hebrew transliteration. The BWS itself is not showing accent marks which are pretty important. So I would like those to show for the Hebrew words. The transliteration also does not show them. So maybe that is the issue with the BWS? Really the big difference between all the Hebrew transliteration formats are the way they display vowels, so I'm a bit baffled as to why the BWS would not show them at all.
The information window is showing the Academic transliteration for the DBL (and not the General which I set it to), and the BDB again shows transliteration without vowels even though the Hebrew here does have a vowel mark. Both seem to be unaffected by the transliteration format settings.
