Is there a Chronological Reading Plan in Logos 5?

I am not aware of one, although if I understand Logos/Verbum 6's changes to Reading Plans correctly, I think someone could make one in 6. I don't know whether it's possible in 5.

Yes, Morris Proctor created one. You can copy/paste his list of reference ranges into a Reading Plan to set it up for yourself, and it should work fine in Logos 5, as this has been around for a while:
