Logos app for android keeps asking me to sing in every time I start the app, how do I stop that?

Similar issues have been reported before. A number of people have had success solving this problem by 1) installing another Faithlife app (vyrso, faithlife, noet); 2) sign in using the other app. After that, you should be able to sign in normally in the Logos app and you can remove the other app if you wish. Do you want to give this a try?

Which apps and versions do you have installed? Are you having the issue with all of the apps, or just one specifically?

Next time the app requests you to log in, could you send support info? That's accessed via the Help sidebar menu in the support section.

I'm trying to reproduce this issue so I can fix, but haven't been able to so far. Whatever info you can share about this will help us figure out how to resolve it.

I can confirm that I am experiencing the same issue. Very frustrating. Happening on both of my devices, an ATT Note 4 and Galaxy Tab 4 10 inch. I input my correct credentials but the log in screen just resets and I get no where. Happened in church last Sunday when I was trying to search for a verse, very frustrating!! 

The only thing I have found that works temporarily is to go to the Android device settings, and then under accounts sign out or remove the Faithlife account there and then go back to the app and then I can log in. This only works for a time and then I am locked out again. Will send my logs to see if it can help you.

I am also having the same problem - build 4.4.7 - problem is that it asks for a login after every reboot of my Galaxy Note 2.  I had Vyrso on it, but had to do the same login on that one as well; didn't help when I installed/reinstalled Vyrso.  Once I login, I am good until a shutdown.  

Help?
