Problem starting Logos 6 for the first time

I installed Logos 6 without any propblem.

However, I have not been able to use it.

When I open it, the logo (blue box) appears for about 20 seconds, then it disappears... nothing happens.

No Logos logs are created.

I re-installed it but I get the same behavior.

I was able to search the Windows events and found these 2 messages that get created when I try to open Logos ( see 2 attachments)

4555.Error1.txt

4657.Error2.txt

Someone  from technical service called me to help investigate  this problem .It turned out that this was not a Logos 6 problem, since Logos6 started OK in safe mode.  The problem was with a software that I had installed  called "WindowBlinds" which personalizes my desktop. Once I restored he standard desktop , Logos 6 loaded just fine. A special thanks to the friendly and patient technicain who helped me.

I had a similar problem on my office desktop where my "documents" folder was on a mapped network drive. I temporarily moved it back to the C: drive, installed Logos and then moved it back where it was, and Logos works fine.
