[resolved]Problems with Logos Media in Passage Guide

Hi Everyone,

I noticed today that no matter which book of the Bible I put into my passage guide - the Logos Media section returns the exact same 10 slides. All but one of these slides are in Portuguese (I think) and none of them are connected to the passage I'm looking up. I have no Portuguese resources and haven't ever had my system set to the Portuguese language.

Does anyone else have this problem too or is it just me?

I'm hoping it's a just a server problem on Logos' side that's easy to fix.

Not just the passage guide, it is anywhere Logos media is found (i.e. Factbook)

Kenneth, can you be more specific as to where else your are seeing this problem? I can reproduce this in both the Passage Guide and Factbook, but cannot reproduce it in Media Search or Visual Copy which also use Logos Media.

Ok, media results should be looking better now.

Hi Mitch,

Sorry for the delay in updating you... I've been out of town and away from the computer. I just ran a few tests and it looks like the problem is fixed. No more Portuguese slides Smile
